Project Description

This is a Mixed-use Commercial building with a Parking lot at upper intermediate floors. Plot is very close to a suburban railway station. Hence Ground floor is a large branded flagship store. Upper 2 floors are Public Parking lot to be used for paid parking since the Plot is close to the station. Above these are Office spaces. It was a complex exercise to combine these varied users that too in such a way that each of it is relatively independent of each other. Building is under construction.
