CONCEPT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Understanding the basic requirements of our Clients and interpreting them into a Design solution. It involves integration of Technological innovations with a conscious Of Green-building principles along with an understanding of the Context of the Site, a study of the Micro and Macro climate and appropriate solution to the Design ‘problem’.

DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN INTO FINAL APPROVABLE DESIGN

An Architect working on a Project in the outskirts of the city has the liberty to design and build as per his / her vision subject to Client’s willingness BUT an Architect practicing within the City limits has many restrictions arising from the rules and regulations within which his Concepts have to work. A successful Architect is the one who is able to maneuver around these and yet come out with a successful solution that caters to the clients’ requirements and manages to create an aesthetically pleasing and fulfilling building. To be able to provide a Workable Solution to All Our Clients – design-wise, approvability-wise with aesthetics being considered is our Goal.

LIAISONING

Understanding and interpreting correctly the applicable bye-laws and regulations, for all Projects within the Municipal Corporation limits, decides the fate of the Project. Liaisoning not only involves the above but also involves getting the Designs approved from the Authorities within the time-limits that the Client expects. We have been doing this consistently over the years and this is the reason we still have Clients who have been with us for more than 35 years.

INTEGRATION OF STRUCTURAL AND MEP ASPECTS INTO THE DESIGN

Developing a Design into a final Buildable-stage Solution involves full and integrated solution of Structural design and MEP design into the basic Architectural proposal that is arrived at initially. Lot of experience and technical know-how of structural systems and mechanical services is required to achieve this. We, at Vastu Shilp are proud that we are able to do this seamlessly with the help of our collaborative work with our Consultants who are experts in their own fields.

Role of a PMC for a Re-development Project involves great responsibility and taking care of the rights of the Society from all aspects:
