Project Description

Shankar Smruti was a very complex project structurally as it required integration of Commercial requirements, Parking and Residential flats above. We had to create another plinth-like level at the 4^th floor level. Column grids were changing above and below and an almost 2m deep girder beams were proposed to address this. Ground floor is a bank with 3 upper floors of Parking catered via 2 car-lifts. Above this starts the Residential floor after the girder beams.

The Old building of Shankar Smruti constructed 30 years ago was also done by VastuShilp.
