This is a Remarkable example of Self Re-Development project.

This contemporary mid-rise structure exemplifies modern urban design, characterized by its clean lines, vertical articulation, and generous fenestration. The façade integrates rhythmic vertical panels that not only enhance visual interest but also contribute to passive shading strategies. Expansive glazing maximizes natural light penetration, while the building’s massing maintains a balanced proportion across its ten stories.

The Layout is very creatively worked out such that Apartments can be converted easily from a smaller to a larger one. Solar Panels at the Terrace level will ensure that the available Solar radiation is used maximally to harvest the Solar power for the common area lighting, landscape lighting, etc. Motion sensors at select places ensures power savings. Overall, the design reflects a harmonious blend of functionality, aesthetic clarity, and contextual sensitivity.
