Project Description

DTSS College building is a new extension to an existing award winning College building that primarily caters to the low income group students. Education here is free for the students. This existing Complex was also designed by VastuShilp around 35 years ago. Client Prafulbhai is one of our oldest Client who approached us again for this new Wing. The Site is a challenging one as it is on a slope of a low-rise hillock. It was a tricky process of figuring out everything from movement pattern of students to water drainage and sewage lines. Large airy classroom have been planned for with 2.44m wide corridor. The building is currently under construction in 2022.
